There was an issue with a part installed in the car. They honoured their word, took it back and refunded the cost. I've been a customer there for 6 years and counting.

Nick and Brett! You guys are awesome. I recommend Firestone to all of my friends and tell them to ask for Nick. Always informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. My entire family comes here and we actually talk about Nick over the dinner table. Safe to say, we love the services.

My car was beyond dead. Needed to be charged not just jumped. They kept it overnight and gave it the super charge required. It was ready when I arrived and ran beautifully.They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. My total bill was $12. They were pleasant, efficient, and had very accommodating weekend hours. All good! (:

Everyone I met at Firestone a few weeks ago was a true professional. They all knew about the best products and service requirements for my 2008 Subaru. With their help I believe I can get another 100, 000 miles on my car.
